Does it record anything?
No. ChimeLight has no storage and no radio. Frames are analyzed live and discarded immediately.
What if the light is already green when I arrive?
It stays silent. ChimeLight only chimes after watching a red light transition to green while the car is stopped.
What if a truck blocks the traffic light?
It can also watch the lead vehicle. When the queue starts moving, ChimeLight can play the same one-time cue.
When does the Kickstarter open?
After the mounted prototype passes the road-test gate and real proof footage is complete.
